Instructions
To make the eyes:
Line a tray with parchment paper and pipe 32 small dollops (about 1/4 tsp) of white chocolate, a little bit apart.
In the center of each dollop, place a brown M&M, (logo side down).
Place the tray in the freezer for 5-10 minutes or until the chocolate has hardened.
To decorate the brownies:
Dye the icing with the desired shade of green.
Spread evenly on top of the brownies- runny icing like mine should drip down the sides. Let the icing sit for several minutes just to firm up slightly if thin.
Place 2 candy eyes on each brownie around a little less than 1/2 way from the top.
Sprinkle the jimmies above the eyes.
Place the M&M’s or gumdrops on either side of the brownie on the same line as the eyes- this is where drippy icing is useful (watch video for clearer instructions).
Using the melted bittersweet chocolate, draw in the mouth and eyebrows- I like to do squiggly lines for the mouth.
Finish the brownies by drawing scars using the red decorating gel or icing. Do this by drawing a straight line and then cutting through with smaller perpendicular lines.
